Taking bets

Next crisis?

Barn roof is unstable and needs fixed asap (doesn't fix roof and pockets money...or raises in excess and pockets surplus)

Perhaps some code or "authority" mandating a fix or compliance issue? Chimney/pipes or similar.

Once in a lifetime friend of Merlin who is just fine being a single horse one day but will require a buddy the following day.

Faking needing an MRI or Cat Scan?

More money because the kickstarter funds weren't "enough" to get the book edited and published (que wool CSA).

Wonder how she will fund the new equipment for the next horse? Harnesses and such. Of course she will need a New cart for the "team" that she depends on to get from point a to point b. ;)

  1. This is starting to get entertaining. We all know, a fool and their money are soon parted. She's the jester, followed by the fools. It's a parade!

  2. She has no shame.

"If you feel compelled to support this farm, the donate button is on the right side, under the Barnheart graphic. I can assure you you will receive a Thank you email."

Why doesn't she move the button to the end of every post? That's the point of all her blog entries anyway.

I would be embarassed if someone paid my vet bill or sent me donations. There's plenty of valid reasons to be on the receiving end of charity but choosing a life of idleness isn't one of them. These people are insulting her "I see you are unable to care for yourself, here's a few bucks."

Why is she carrying Gibson around? He's had ten days to acclimate to using three legs and by her own account he's using his paw.

Jenna Woginrich the vet said there was no reason to xray if he was walking/running on it

I guess it sounds more dramatic if she carries him around like an invalid.

  3. Well that's interesting. She never thanked people before because she was so overwhelmed..blah blah blah... cry me a river...
we carry a dog who had knee surgery for getting up and down stairs, couches, etc. he certainly didn't need to be carried out of the vets. So someone paid the bill. I wonder how many other people sent donations for the same thing? Yay horse/ tartan fund!

    1. I meant Gibson didn't have to be carried. Our dog does with filament inside holding his knee together.
      Rereading it looked ambiguous.

  4. I didn't see anything about an MRI or catscan. Was that posted somewhere?

    1. Not yet! Meredith's just guessing what's coming next.

I wouldn't put anything past her. This whole beg and wait for donations is just too easy, too tempting. I think she milked the cut paw for all it was worth and then some. She claimed the bills amounted to $500-- well, she "sold" someone a drum for $300 and then a sweet reader paid for the final visit today.......how many other people sent a little something in? I mean, she can't run a sheep farm without a herding dog......

    2. The drum was for the last time he cut his paw... Oh the drama... If only those dogs had more to do than harass chickens. THEN they'd be working.

  5. Here's my bet. She is already just one step away from being a cancer scammer (people that fake having cancer, turn up bald, get thousands) so my bet is she'll get "leukemia" and then a trip to Mexico (which Jenna's poodles will pay for) will miraculously "cure" her. The amount of illness and death to her animals already points to Munchasens-by-proxy, In this disorder, closely related to malignant narcissism, the patient causes disease or death in a proxy (chicks-dogs-Maude-lamb-etc) to get attention. The patient shows little empathy for the proxy that was injured or died as a result of her attempts to get attention.

It often changes to Munchasens proper when the poodles catch on, and stop paying attention when the animals die. Then the patient herself becomes sick with a self-induced or simply faked disease. Ominously, we know already that Jenna doesn't have health insurance. A few pictures of Jenna bald and pale as she goes through "treatment" should be enough to pay off the mortgage. Live like fiction!

    1. But if they get caught at that, they can go to jail. Clearly, her life is not sustainable. She will have to get an inheritance, disability, win the lotto, marry well, or get a job. I wonder which it will be?

    2. Since most of her enablers don't live near her, I think she could pull of a scam like that for awhile. It might not even have to be cancer. Just some health problem that she can't pay for due to lack of insurance.

    3. Well, she hasn't gotten caught yet. No charges, no animal abuse investigators, no fraud suits, nothing. She is trapping a new hawk on September 1st, cause, you know, she is a falconer. She has an incarcerated hawk to prove it just like her neglected garden proves she's a farmer and her two untrained and not neutered sheep dogs prove she's a shepard. My bet on the next venture is "accidental" puppies.

    4. OMG Redhorse! If she's on Match.com maybe she's hoping for the spouse!

  6. Anon 9:34 - I think you are on to something. She already pulled that scam with her so called 'root canal'. She could always fake an injury. Wrap her arm in a sling or put on a walking cast.

  7. I thought it was a little funny when in her initial post made about Gibson's injury she specifically mentioned which vet she used-- Cambridge Valley Vet. She named them again in subsequent posts. How thoughtful of her to let her readers know where to send the check.

This is getting to be rather incredible-- readers picking up the tab at the vets, sending her Guardians of the Galaxy on cassette $$$$. She's no cheap date.

  8. That's interesting. She has never mentioned the actual vet name before. I can't afford her now. Canada is in a recession. :( and I have 3 Foster children plus 4 other monthly actual charities. That's my humanitarian work.

    1. Not live-in foster children. Plan International children. 2 in Africa. 1 in Bangladesh.. then there's Amnesty International, Yonge Steet Mission for homeless men, Greenpeace (not a registered charity due to political activities) , and Toronto Public Library and World Food Program

  9. Don't give her any more ideas. Someone suggested she might get an 'injury' and today she posts that she poked herself in the eye and needs to go to urgent care. She also brought up the root canal.

    Does she have no shame?

    1. Her mother brought up the root canal. She added it to a later comment. I didn't think she said how her eye got scratched.
