That's kind of a universal slam now...you criticize someone -- rational, thought-out criticism, and you get called either a hater or a troll. These people need to visit some political sites to see what real trolling looks like. Threats to kill, rape, etc. Much more than simply having an opposing view and proof of wrongdoing.
Regarding the criminal animal case, can you post the case caption (parties), the case number, and the specific court where this action is pending? I would like to view the court record to see what is going on.
There is an active summons for Sandy Lerner trying to be delivered by the Warrant Division of the Loudoun County Sheriff's office. They claim they are unable to find her to serve it. Once it is physically served a firm trial date is set and available for The public to see on the schedule of Loudoun County General District Court.
The trial date was initially set for July and obviously has been pushed back.
