Why were charges not filed against Ayrshire Farm?

Loudoun County Animal Services was provided dated photos of pigs proven to be located at Ayrshire Farm in horrific conditions with NO medical attention or veterinary care within the statute of limitations of this crime.

Please email Loudoun County Animal Services Director Nina Stively, Loudoun County Attorney Leo Rogers and Commonwealth Attorney Jim Plowman and ask why charges have not been brought.

Nina.Stiveky@Loudoun.gov
Leo.Rogers@Loudoun.gov
Jim.plowman@Loudoun.gov

In a recorded meeting the County and Commonwealth don't deny abuse occurs but trust abuse will not continue in the future.

If abuse isn't denied why weren't charges brought?
