I'll stick with Anon 2:58, uncreative as it is. I'd also like to say this is the first online forum I've felt comfortable enough commenting on potentially divisive issues - I think because there does seem to be a strong level of common sense and understanding here. People seem to be respectful (aside from Jennafans), and I appreciate that. I also appreciate your creating the environment which allows this level of intelligent discourse. We can disagree without being mean, and also don't feel the need to pander to anyone's ego. Pretty refreshing.
Guess I'll go with "duckmama" as a handle. The ducklings, by the way, are doing swimmingly and growing like weeds! Can't believe how fast they grow compared to chickens. So even though mama chicken had to sit on the eggs longer, she will have a shorter time looking out after them now until they're grown. :-)
