There needs to be a new term. I would never ever ever produce a product that is USDA Organic nor would I ever ever ever have an Oregon Tilth label on anything I produce. I refuse to be part of the problem.
Are you thinking of starting fresh in a new area after the court case is closed? That house is beautiful. What an amazing price. Would you like living in that area?
I'm open to going anywhere. Don't have a dime to my name. Just debt. No savings. The properties are a dream. Until I get on medication for chronic fatigue syndrome I'm in the poor house.
Could it be in a fracking area? Are mineral rights included in the price? I have noticed that some properties in northern PA are rather inexpensive, yet there is usually a notice that mineral rights are not included in the price, but stay with the seller.
