Yesterday a Loudoun County General District Court judge denied the commonwealth's motion to dismiss the Sandy Lerner case.

There will be some what of a pretrial on Friday February the 12th.
Things are certainly getting interesting/heated.
The commonwealth is pulling all the stops to prevent Sandy Lerner from going to trial.
All hands on deck for the 12th!
Good, I have no idea what this means but I hope she gets a good bill from her lawyer to find out!
