I read that the acid in the coke causes the milk to start curdling and after15 min "brown foamy clumps begin to form at the bottom of the bottle". Does that happen in a glass? (someone said it looks gross but still just tastes like coke). Also, I love a rootbeer float but can't imagine vanilla ice cream in coke. (I guess you could think of milk like melted ice cream). Is that a southern thing?
That's actually one of my favorite summer drinks, when I have cola around, which isn't often.

ReplyDeleteI rarely drink soda anymore, but when I was young I did. Coke floats are the bomb! Never liked root beer, so tried Coke one time. It's great!
