I think it's a real shame that she won anything, thereby taking the place of a legitimate farm that could probably really have used the money for something to make their operation better. That is the one thing about the contest that saddens me. But, you know, I'll bet Jenna knows in her heart that her win was someone else's loss -- someone who owns a legitimate small farm and does not have a readership because they're farmers not authors -- and she has to live with that both karmically as well as at 3 am when our subconscious tends to wake us up and demand we think about what we've done.

Every other farm submitted they would use the money to invest in their farm. The submission by Jenna or Stella or Jenna aka Stella sais they would use it for their mortgage. Your business should pay the mortgage, not contests.
I sent the Beekman's several screenshots of people saying they were voting for her with multiple emails.
