Some might think why not support cage free hens?
What happens to the disposable male chicks is enough to keep me away from all products made with commercially produced eggs.
The alpaca farms hens are still laying and it was delicious having ethical fresh eggs while I stayed there.
I'm meeting with a group that is working to change the ordinance where I live to allow hens this weekend.
Hopefully we can change the ordinance.
