In what world in wining and dining down to a plated lunch with crystal and silver not a conflict of interest?
These are emails between loudoun county animal care and control and Ayrshire Farm.
Think the one can be wined and dined and remain unbiased?
Just the tip of the FOIA iceberg. It doesn't stop.
There's no room in animal abuse/animal rights for politics.
But Rebecca didn't even get to bring a guest! Not enough silver and crystal, apparently.
ReplyDeleteAlso, despite the fancy letterhead, this manager of "special projects" can't be bothered to spell check an official correspondence. My view was.blurry but I counted at least 5 errors in the second paragraph, including the presenter's name and the word "succesful" (not!)
Tacky, careless and with a seeming lack of intelligence. Those can be the worst to deal with.
actually... on May 1 2014 Cindy sent Rebecca the following email:
ReplyDeleteRebecca,
I will negate my previous answer and say yes you can bring a guest on May 16th. I must know the name. We have had several people unable to attend, so your guest is most welcome.
Please advise soon....thanks, Cindy
in response:
Hi Cindy!
Thank you so much. My guest will be Stephanie Gordon. She is the Volunteer and Humane Education Coordinator at Loudoun County Animal Services. I am the current COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER. We are both looking forward to it! Rebecca
tack/careless/lack of intelligence is the name of the game at Ayrshire Farm. anyone with any brains is kicked to the curb when they question management. I was terminated for speaking up against animal cruelty. I'm sure if there was an editor they would have been terminated for spell checking!
ReplyDeleteHmm- Has Loudoun County Animal Services been informed of the abuses at Ayrshire? Do they have to follow up or are they choosing to look the other way because of donations or feral kitten programs or what? I know the Humane Farm group dropped the ball...
