I gained a lot of weight first! I was 130lbs when I turned 30...and 170lbs when I turned 31. I think I'm 150lbs now so I have 20lbs to go to get back to normal.
I've had a mentally and emotionally tough time the past few years and between emotionally eating, sleeping, inactivity and being severely depressed I put on 40lbs quickly. I literally didn't recognize myself in pictures.
My previous highest weight was in college and that was 150. It melted off over my physically demanding summer job.
Healthy for me is 125-135.
I'm really active now that I'm back on my meds for chronic fatigue syndrome. It also can make me feel nauseated at times so I also don't eat as much.
Decrease input, increase output and without any underlying medical condition it's a sure way to lose weight.
Not sure how long you've been reading the blog but going back to June 8 2014 (and before) to June 8 2016 it's definitely a journey of packing on the pounds and then working them off!
Yea, I have been around long enough for that journey which is why i wanted to comment and say you look like you again. I know you were physically uncomfortable at a heavier weight too.
Happy Happy Birthday!

DeleteSo uncomfortable, especially not being able to remotely fit in my clothes. Being self conscious blows.
DeleteThanks for acknowledging!
Thank you for all the well wishes for my 32nd birthday!
ReplyDeleteHappy birthdays to each of you...whenever they are.
