I don't think I could do the blood sausage either, but they say it's very good.
I have a pig question. I watched Downton Abbey last night, and one part of the story had some "Tamworth" pigs (some were spotted) becoming deathly ill because they had become dehydrated. One of them was lying motionless. So of course Lady Mary had to do a Jenna and carry water in buckets for hours and get all muddy. The pigs had just been delivered that day. How long does it take a pig to die from dehydration anyway? It was all very dramatic, but is it realistic in any way? Of course I have never let any animal go thirsty, but I didn't realize they could be at death's door so quickly.
That was well done. I'm still not sure I can handle blood sausage though...
